Job summary

The role requires strong IT skills, experience with SAP/COUPA or similar systems, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Purchasing systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop key department administration processes and review admin practices.
• Set up vendors in internal purchasing system and raise POs on request.
• Create and circulate daily/monthly reports as required.
• Upload documentation to quality management system and maintain document control.
• Generate audit schedules and coordinate audit findings.
• Assist with event planning, travel bookings and coordination.
