Job summary

IPL - Part of the Asda Family is seeking an Engineering Administrator to support the Engineering Manager with administration duties across purchase orders, invoices and compliance records. The role requires accurate record-keeping, stock control and coordinating spare parts procurement to support site operations.

You will maintain SOPs, KPI data and budgets while liaising with the engineering team to ensure timely payments and approvals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately, methodically and to tight deadlines.
• Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience of raising Purchase Orders and managing supplier invoices.
• Knowledge of engineering stores, stock control and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all SOPs and liaise with Engineering to raise Purchase Orders.
• Maintain accurate accounts, invoices, and KPI data.
• Manage site ancillary supply chain from financial and inventory perspectives.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts, services and consumables.
• Maintain compliance calendars and engineering documentation.
• Inform on upcoming compliance/inspection activities.
