Qualifications

• Proven experience within an Account Management role in an engineering, construction or technical business.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and growth of allocated accounts.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate and close agreements to maximise profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts (e.g. via GAP analysis).
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Devise a strategy for each individual customer with a clear plan of action for the quarter ahead.
