Pioneer Selection has a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer Supervisor based in Penrith, Cumbria. You will lead a small team while carrying out maintenance on fully automated production lines.

We are seeking hands-on engineers with electrical or mechanical qualifications who can perform planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance, fault-finding and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 3 (1 engineer, 2 production operatives) to maintain automated production machinery.
• Carry out maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.

Job Role of the Engineer Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 (1 Engineer & 2 Production Operatives) as well carrying out maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineer Supervisor

• Either Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.

Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor

• Be willing to be a Hands-On Engineering Supervisor.
• Recognised engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor

• Experience working as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a Industrial Manufacturing environment.
