Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an Engineer Supervisor for our Penrith, Cumbria site to lead hands-on maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. The role offers a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and a salary of £49,500 with benefits.

The successful candidate will have strong maintenance experience in a factory setting, be comfortable supervising a team, and drive corrective and preventive activities while supporting site improvements.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications in an industrial setting.
• Hands-on maintenance experience: planned, reactive and breakdown.
• Willing to take a hands-on supervisory role.
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineer Supervisor

• Either Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.

Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor

• Be willing to be a Hands-On Engineering Supervisor.
• Recognised engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor

• Experience working as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a Industrial Manufacturing environment.
