Speedy Hire Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineer - Rail to join our depot team in Bury St Edmunds. The role focuses on maintaining rail tools and equipment, updating service schedules, and repairing faults to ensure high availability for hire.
A 42-hour week with a rotating shift and weekend coverage is included. You will need strong mechanical skills, PTS certification, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

Job Title - Engineer - Rail

Working Hours - 42 hours per week, shift roster mandatory must work 2 weekends of 4 minimum paid additionally
Based in the depot, the Rail Engineer is a key role to Speedy's supply of rail tools and equipment; ensuring service schedules are up to date and repairing faulty rail equipment as necessary to ensure it remains available for hire.
