Job summary

Speedy Group, based in Beckton, seeks an Engineer - Mechanical to perform repairs, assembly and servicing on our range of industrial products. You will prioritise maintenance to keep equipment available for operations.

The role requires mechanical engineering experience, good IT skills, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure while supporting the ESG strategy. Training and hybrid working options are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical engineering experience is essential, ideally in hire industry or similar engineering field.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Ability to support the business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
