Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited in Cardiff is seeking an Engineer HVAC to install, maintain and service industrial and commercial HVAC systems across client sites. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and carry out planned preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with F-Gas and health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold F-GAS qualifications, be comfortable travelling to sites with a full UK driving licence, and have strong organisational and reporting skills to complete

Qualifications

• F-GAS qualification required or in-progress.
• Experience working on industrial/commercial HVAC in client sites.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service industrial/commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health and safety regulations.
• Complete service reports, timesheets and technical documentation accurately.

The role of the Engineer HVAC will involve

Engineer position dealing with the install, maintenance and servicing of industrial/commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations.

Complete service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation accurately and within required deadlines 2079

Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

The ideal applicant will be an Engineer HVAC with:

Must have F-GAS qualifications

Ideally have experience being field based

Understanding of AHUs and chillers would be advantageous

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and best practices

Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
