Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Engineer – HVAC to install, service and maintain industrial and commercial HVAC systems in the Cardiff region. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and carry out planned maintenance in a timely, compliant manner.

Applicants should hold F-GAS qualifications, have field-based experience, and a valid UK driving licence; AHU and chiller knowledge is a plus. The role includes a company van, 24 days holiday and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial/commercial HVAC systems and associated equipment.

• Experience planning and executing preventative maintenance (PPM).

The role of the Engineer – HVAC will involve

• Engineer position dealing with the install, maintenance and servicing of industrial/commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations.
• Complete service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation accurately and within required deadlines 2079
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

The ideal applicant will be an Engineer – HVAC with:

• Must have F-GAS qualifications
• Ideally have experience being field based
• Understanding of AHU’s and chillers would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
