Job summary

Nuvo Hiring is seeking an engineer-first Key Account Manager for the South UK. You will blend technical credibility with sales, becoming a trusted adviser to industrial and manufacturing customers.

You will own key accounts, identify challenges, and shape innovative material-movement and automation solutions with Engineering and Applications teams. Hybrid/field-based, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Engineering foundation and ability to understand how things work.
• Engineer-first, salesperson-second mindset in commercial sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own key customers and opportunities across the South.
• Identify problems, automation opportunities and future requirements.
• Scope technically led solutions across products, technology and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Applications teams to deliver engineered solutions.
• Develop opportunities from initial discussion through proposal, negotiation and order.
• Grow breadth and value of solutions within existing customers, including automation-led opportunities.
• Build relationships where customers involve you before they know exactly what they need.
