Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a qualified IT Teacher to cover supply assignments in a Bristol school. You will deliver engaging IT and Computing lessons and support pupils’ digital skills while maintaining a safe, well-managed classroom environment.

The role requires UK QTS, experience in UK schools, and willingness to complete safeguarding checks. Immediate start possible, with the flexibility needed for supply postings.

Qualifications

• Qualified with UK QTS and experience teaching IT or Computing in a UK school.
• Able to deliver IT and Computing lessons and manage class activities.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks and DBS update service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT and Computing lessons across the curriculum as required.
• Support pupils’ digital literacy and practical computer activities.
• Maintain a safe, calm learning environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff and provide continuity during supply assignments.
