Are you a qualified PE Teacher looking for a supply opportunity in Bristol starting ASAP?

Monarch Education is recruiting a confident and reliable PE Teacher to support a school in Bristol on a supply basis. We are looking for an adaptable teacher who can deliver engaging PE lessons, support pupil participation and provide high-quality teaching during assignments.

The role

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver lessons across the PE curriculum in line with the school’s expectations. You may be required to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage practical activities, assess pupil progress, maintain safe learning environments and contribute positively to the wider school team.

You will be:

• Delivering engaging PE lessons across the school
• Managing practical PE activities safely and effectively
• Supporting pupil participation, confidence and progress
• Maintaining a calm, purposeful and well-managed learning environment
• Following school policies, curriculum guidance and safeguarding procedures
• Building positive working relationships with pupils and staff
• Providing continuity of learning during supply assignments

We are looking for teachers who are:

• Qualified with UK QTS
• Experienced teaching PE within a UK school setting
• Confident managing practical lessons and classroom behaviour
• Flexible, organised and dependable
• Able to take on supply work in Bristol
• Available to start ASAP
• Strong communicators who can quickly become part of a school team

Requirements:

• UK QTS
• Relevant PE teaching experience
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete registration, compliance and safeguarding checks
