Job summary

JTL is recruiting for an office-based role at its National Administration Centre in Wrexham. You will work full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of £24,858, and an Enhanced DBS check is required.

You will provide professional, customer-focused service supporting the Engagement team and JTL’s Business Plan by handling enquiries, logging documentation accurately, and maintaining KPI-related tasks. A supportive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with strong prioritisation and organisation.
• IT literate with typing skills and able to use email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine administrative duties to support the team and KPIs.
• Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Log applicant, learner and employer documentation accurately in company systems.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with teams and external parties.
• Provide information and guidance when responding to inbound communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
