Job summary

JTL in Wrexham is seeking a professional, customer-focused administrator to support the Engagement team and JTL's business plan on a full-time basis.

You will carry out routine admin duties, handle enquiries promptly, log applicant, learner and employer information accurately, and build good relationships across teams. The role offers a starting salary of £24,858, a generous benefits package, and a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English, A-C or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with good prioritisation and organisation.
• IT literate with typing skills and comfortable using email, word processing, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Able to work with a team, take direction and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine administrative duties to support the team and KPI tracking.
• Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Log applicant, learner and employer documentation accurately in company systems.
• Build and maintain good relationships with teams and external parties.
• Provide information and guidance when responding to inbound communications.
