Responsibilities

• Drive learner recruitment and engagement.
• Promote programmes, generate interest and support enrolment activity across the local area.
• Build strong employer and partner relationships.
• Act as a key contact for employers, training providers and local stakeholders to create meaningful progression routes.
• Coordinate high-quality programmes.
• Ensure smooth delivery, excellent learner experience and strong outcomes.
• Deliver employability support.
• Help learners develop confidence and readiness through CV workshops, interview preparation and job-search skills.
• Track success and progression.
• Monitor outcomes and support learners into employment, further study or apprenticeships.
• Maintain quality and compliance.
• Ensure accurate data, funding compliance and a strong audit trail.
