As a Skills and Progression Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in engaging learners, developing employer and partner relationships, and supporting progression into employment, apprenticeships and further learning.
This is a dynamic, outward-facing position at the heart of the college’s employability and adult skills provision. You’ll work closely with local employers, training providers, community partners and internal teams to create meaningful opportunities that reflect the needs of learners and the local workforce.
You may have experience in employment support, employability, skills development, education, training or a customer-facing environment. Equally, you may simply have the enthusiasm, communication skills and ambition to help young people and adults develop their confidence, skills and positive next steps.
