Job summary

Catch22 College is seeking a Recruitment and Progression Officer to recruit learners onto the study programme and support them through their journey. You will build strong links with local employers to create placements and employment opportunities, match learners to placements, and ensure they receive necessary support to succeed.

You will conduct monthly progress reviews, liaise with tutors, and help design individual learner plans.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Experience in education or vocational training setting or knowledge of its challenges.
• Willingness to travel frequently within local area and occasionally further afield, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit learners onto the study programme and maintain regular reviews.
• Develop links with local employers to create work placements and opportunities.
• Support learners throughout the programme and ensure successful progression.
