Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd is opening a brand-new specialist SEMH school in Esher and seeks Behaviour Assistants to support pupils aged 7–17 with SEMH and MLD. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support across the school day, with a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in September.

You will work closely with teachers and the pastoral team to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning, requiring calm, resilient, and empathetic approaches.

Qualifications

• Confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships.

We're recruiting Behaviour Assistants to join a brand-new specialist school opening in Esher this September. Supporting pupils aged 7–17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), you'll play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement with learning.

What You'll Be Doing
