Engage Education in Manchester is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEN school. The role supports pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, autism and additional needs, aiding their engagement with learning.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour plans and assist with emotional regulation.
Location: Manchester
Salary: £95–£115 per day, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Engage Education are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEN school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident supporting pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, autism and additional needs and wants to make a real difference to their education and development.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team to provide targeted support to pupils who may experience barriers to learning.
Experience in SEN, SEMH, behaviour support, youth work, mentoring, care, sports coaching or similar settings would be highly desirable.
Teaching qualifications are not essential — we are interested in candidates with the right attitude, experience and personality.
