The LEGO Group in London invites you to join the Employee Engagement & Analytics team as a 12-month paid Intern. You will analyse employee survey data, support reporting, and learn how to turn insights into action.

Starting January 2027, this hybrid role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a mix of office and remote work, and opportunities to apply AI and Qualtrics skills while contributing to a culture of learning through play.

Qualifications

• 12-month paid internship (full-time – 37.5h/week) starting January 2027
• Must be 18+ years old and have right to work in the UK for full duration
• Currently enrolled in higher education or equivalent program
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyse employee survey data to gather insights on engagement and identify improvements
• Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders
• Conduct academic research to support survey methodologies
• Maintain and improve surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics
• Assist in introducing small-scale AI practices for the team
• Create branding and marketing materials to raise awareness of the survey portfolio
