Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a data and analytics specialist to drive environmental data collection and reporting across Water, Waste, Pollution and Biodiversity. Join the Nature Impacts team within Sustainability to shape the group's global reporting and predictive analytics.

Based in the United Kingdom, London preferred, with a hybrid workplace offering about three days in the office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, implement analytics strategies, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business, environmental science or sustainability.
Experience compiling environmental data and producing reports.
Experience reporting to external platforms like CSRD or CDP.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Act as an expert on global data collection and analytics development for Nature topics (water, waste, pollution, biodiversity).
Oversee reporting responsibilities and ensure accurate, auditable voluntary and compliance-based reporting.
Develop predictive analytics, dashboards, and target setting to support sustainability ambitions.
Collaborate with teams to establish KPIs and benchmarks for sustainability metrics.
Identify IT systems and tools to support global objectives and coordinate with internal/external digital teams.
