Job summary

The LEGO Group in London is offering a 4‑month Play Ideation Internship in our Play Discovery team. You will contribute to early-stage ideation, concept development and prototyping in a dynamic lab environment, with a strong emphasis on imagination and collaboration.

We seek students or 2026 graduates who bring curiosity and a hands‑on approach to visualisation, design and storytelling. The role is hybrid with a London hub placement and real opportunity to create playable concepts with kids.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or a 2026 graduate.
• Proactive and eager to learn across ideation and prototyping.
• Ability to communicate in English for the application materials.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation sessions and help turn ideas into visuals and concepts.
• Create visualisations and initial prototypes for play concepts.
• Explore personal ideas for creative exploration and share with team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary LEGO Group teams in London Hub.
• Be an active co-creator with kids during concept development.
