Job summary

LEGO Group in London invites an intern to join the Employee Engagement & Analytics team. You will analyse employee survey data, support research, and help build engaging dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.

We seek a self-driven student with strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in Excel and Python/R, familiar with Qualtrics, and capable of working in a hybrid setup around London.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a higher education or equivalent program.
• Eligible for a 12-month full-time internship in London.
• Must be 18+ and have right to work in the UK for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse employee survey data to gain insights on engagement.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct academic research to support survey methodologies.
• Maintain and enhance surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
• Explore and introduce small-scale AI practices for the team (e.g. prompt library).
• Create simple branding and marketing materials to raise awareness of the survey portfolio.
