LEGO Group in London is offering a 12‑month paid internship in Employee Engagement and Analytics. You’ll join the team as an Intern, supporting employee listening and research and helping the organisation turn data into insights.

Qualifications

Join our Employee Engagement and Analytics team in London as an Intern and help us uncover the secrets to creating the best place to work while supporting the LEGO Group in its vision as a global force for learning through play! In this exciting role, you’ll dive into the world of employee listening and research, supporting us to create a work environment where everyone can succeed and grow together.

Eligibility criteria

This is a 12-month paid internship (full-time – 37.5h/week), starting in January 2027 and based in our London office. Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship. Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse employee survey data to gather valuable insights on employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations that present key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • Conduct academic research to support the validity of our survey methodologies across People, Places and Culture.
  • Improve and maintain our portfolio of employee surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
  • Help introduce new, small-scale AI practices for the Employee Engagement & Analytics team (e.g. build a prompt library).
  • Create simple branding & marketing materials to increase awareness of end-to-end employee survey portfolio among key stakeholders.
Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data interpretation and storytelling.
  • Strong familiarity with Excel, R/Python for data preparation and analysis, and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough literature reviews and synthesizing information from external sources.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini/Co-pilot).
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing.
  • A team player who also thrives in independent tasks.
  • A self-starter ready to hit the ground running and learn fast.
Hybrid working

We fully respect that you may be dedicated to your studies during the internship. Thus, your working hours will be adapted to this, and you may also use the LEGO Group as a case for one of your papers. Preferably you will work approx. 3 days a week from our London Hub.
