Job summary

LEGO Group in London is seeking an Intern to dive into employee listening and research, supporting data-driven insights to foster a great place to work. You will analyze survey data, craft compelling presentations, and help maintain our portfolio of employee surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in higher education, with strong data skills in Excel/R/Python, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and storytelling.
Proficiency with Excel and R/Python for data prep and analysis, plus PowerPoint for reporting.
Familiarity with literature reviews and synthesis of external sources.
Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Gemini/Copilot).
Familiarity with Qualtrics preferred but not essential.
Excellent English communication; team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

Analyse employee survey data to gain insights on engagement and improvement areas.
Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
Conduct academic research to support survey methodologies across People, Places and Culture.
Improve and maintain surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
Support introduction of small-scale AI practices for the team.
Create branding and marketing materials to raise awareness of the survey portfolio.
