Job summary

Activate Learning is recruiting a Communications, Engagement and Alumni Officer to support the PR and Communications Team. You’ll craft engaging content for internal and external channels, coordinate storytelling across websites, emails, social media, and events, and connect learners, staff and communities with opportunities.

You’ll work with stakeholders across campuses, manage multiple projects, and bring strong writing and relationship-building skills to strengthen the organisation’s

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or engagement roles.
• Ability to create compelling content for multiple audiences and platforms.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills; translate complex information clearly.
• Experience with alumni, membership, or community engagement is beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital communications platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful communications that support organisational priorities and reputation.
