Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear correspondence.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn in-house software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Administer and enforce Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Charge Notices issued by Community Protection Officers and Civil Enforcement Officers; prepare prosecution files.
• Prepare and serve statutory notices to support enforcement activity regarding bins on street and other enviro-crime issues.
