Bristow & Sutor is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover North West London including Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Uxbridge and surrounding areas. You will visit customers’ homes and businesses, negotiate to maximise recoveries, take payments and set up arrangements, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining meticulous records.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with uncapped earning potential (£40,000–£65,000) through commissions.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Free of CCJ’s and Criminal Record
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling difficult and sensitive conversations
• Target-driven and results oriented
• Excellent time management and self-organisation

Responsabilités

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries
• Take payments and set up payment arrangements
• Assist customers with income questionnaires
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support pathways

What you will do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
