Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking an Enforcement Agent for South West London and surrounding areas. You will cover districts such as Southwark, Bermondsey, and Camden, visiting homes and businesses to negotiate recoveries and arrange payments.

You will work to regulations while helping customers complete income questionnaires and maintain precise records. The role offers a clear progression path, a company car and fuel card, and opportunities to earn substantial bonuses through successful

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire.
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records.
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed.
