Priority Recruitment is recruiting an Enforcement Agent to service South West London, covering areas including Kingston upon Thames and nearby towns. You will visit customers, negotiate repayments and take control of goods when needed.

Offering a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with an attractive commission/bonus structure, the role promises real earnings potential (£40,000–£65,000 OTE) and flexible start times between 5am and 9pm, plus full training and certification.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated area.

Enforcement Agent

Location: South West London covering areas including: Bracknell, Camberley, Dorking, Epsom, Guilford, Hayes, Kingston Upon Thames, Leatherhead, Maidenhead, Richmond, Slough, Windsor, Wokingham.

Salary: £26,441 – £28,460 basic salary, with OTE of £40,000 – £65,000

Hours: Flexible working hours, with start times varying between 5am and 9pm

Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence. Applicants must be free of CCJs and criminal convictions.

Key Responsibilities of an Enforcement Agent

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated geographical area.

• Complete income and expenditure questionnaires where required.
• Take control of goods when necessary, in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.

• Recognise and support vulnerable customers, adapting your approach to their individual circumstances.
• Manage your own workload, organise daily visits and work towards performance targets.
• Handle difficult and sensitive conversations calmly, fairly and professionally.
