Job summary

Priority Recruitment is seeking self-motivated Enforcement Agents to cover North East London regions including Ilford. You will visit homes, negotiate repayments, and ensure case notes are up to date.

The role offers a basic salary with uncapped earnings potential through commissions and bonuses, and flexible start times between 5am and 9pm. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence, have no CCJs or criminal convictions, and demonstrate resilience and professionalism in challenging

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated area.
• Negotiate payment in full or establish repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Take control of goods when required, in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Support vulnerable customers with an appropriate approach.
• Manage daily visits and workload to meet targets.
• Handle difficult conversations calmly, fairly and professionally.

Location: North East London Barking, Bishops Storford, Brentwood, Buntinford, Cheshunt, Enfield, Epping, Harlow, Ilford, Romford, Royston, Saffron Walden

Salary: £26,441 – £28,460 basic salary, with OTE of £40,000 – £65,000

Hours: Flexible working hours, with start times varying between 5am and 9pm

Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence. Applicants must be free of CCJs and criminal convictions.

Key Responsibilities of an Enforcement Agent:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within your designated geographical area.


• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to maximise successful debt recoveries.


• Negotiate payment in full or establish suitable repayment arrangements.


• Complete income and expenditure questionnaires where required.


• Take control of goods when necessary, in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.


• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.


• Recognise and support vulnerable customers, adapting your approach to their individual circumstances.


• Manage your own workload, organise daily visits and work towards performance targets.


• Handle difficult and sensitive conversations calmly, fairly and professionally.
