Watson Farley & Williams in London is seeking a proactive Business Development and Communications professional to support senior management in developing and implementing sector-focused BD plans across Energy, Infrastructure and Transport. You will tailor capability statements and manage marketing materials for international clients.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with Paris partners and the global BD team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in business development or marketing in international B2B (law firm, consulting, banking).
• Ability to work with Paris partners and the global BD team.
• Understanding WFW core values: respect, sharing, communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily the Senior BD Manager in sector-focused business development and marketing plans.
• Prepare capability statements and pitch documents tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain brochures, pitch templates and databases up to date.
• Support partners in executing business and client development activities.
• Coordinate directory submissions and league tables with partners.
• Research market trends, clients and prospects.
• Organize client events and coordinate with CRM and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with central Digital and Internal communications teams.
• Contribute to local implementation of global BD projects.
