Job summary

Phoenix Energy Group Limited in Belfast is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Operational Lead to drive energy transition initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams across projects, policy, and stakeholder engagement.

You will monitor regulatory developments, support planning and delivery of stakeholder sessions with government, industry, customers and partners, and help manage budgets, reports and meeting notes to ensure timely, informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams or projects.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, minutes and management information.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical coordination and administrative support across Energy Transition projects and workstreams.
• Monitor relevant policy, regulatory and market developments and summarise key implications for the team.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of stakeholder engagement activity with government, industry, customers, partners and other external organisations.
