EY Belfast is seeking a Senior Manager in Energy Transition within Technology Consulting. You will lead strategic engagements, shape client visions, and deliver transformation programs across power and utilities sectors, collaborating with senior client leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

The role requires deep energy sector experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex multi‑vendor projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting firm, industry or government organisation across local, European & US markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment.
• Passion for the energy sector, with a strong interest in utility transformation and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Experience in client relationship management and bids (Bid Lead) is advantageous.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs and applying Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
• Experience in process design, modelling, and creating relevant documentation.
