Job summary

Triple Point in London is building a focused Energy Transition portfolio team and seeks a Debt Portfolio Manager to manage a diverse private debt portfolio, conduct rigorous financial analysis and monitor risk across technologies supporting the net-zero transition.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations to deliver timely reporting and governance, with opportunities for professional growth within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in portfolio management of loans or private debt.
• Experience in Energy Transition sector investments or lending is advantageous.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of an assigned private debt portfolio within Triple Point’s Energy Transition line.
• Conduct financial analysis, cashflow modelling and covenant testing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk, with timely reporting to senior management.
• liaise with Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure governance and reporting standards.
• Prepare investment memos and portfolio materials for Investment Committee.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisers.
