Job summary

Envirotech Talent seeks a Development & Asset Manager in London to oversee end-to-end development and ongoing management of energy and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate feasibility studies, manage timelines and budgets, and lead engagement with investors, regulators, and partners.

A strong financial/analytical background and experience across project lifecycles are essential. The role is based in Central London on a hybrid basis, combining office, project/site and home working.

Qualifications

• Experience in project development, management or asset management in energy or infrastructure.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Strong finance and analysis skills with project models and performance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with investors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development and ongoing management of energy/infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and multidisciplinary workstreams.
• Support planning applications and project development activities.
• Lead engagement with project partners, investors, regulators and authorities.
• Monitor performance of operating assets and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyse asset/project performance data to inform decisions.
• Manage contracts and relationships with key counterparties.
• Support investment decisions through financial and commercial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to maximise energy output, asset value and returns.
• Balance competing priorities across a portfolio in a fast-moving environment.
