Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure in Coventry is seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join the Energy Team and support projects across England and Wales. You will coordinate training activities, maintain competency records, and ensure access to development opportunities for a safe, compliant workforce.

Working with the Business Unit Training Manager and project teams, you will identify needs, manage CMS data, and help grow the Energy division with strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with CMS or HR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training support across the Energy business.
• Coordinate local training activities and ensure delivery of requirements.
• Identify training needs with project teams and managers.
• Maintain competency records and CMS accuracy.
• Prepare training plans and manage bookings with providers.
• Produce reports and manage renewal information.
• Monitor expiry dates and coordinate refresher training.
• Support continuous improvement of training systems and processes.
• Build relationships with employees, managers and providers.
