Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026
• At least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the two-year GROW programme starting on client projects from day one
• Develop core engineering and consulting techniques for client engagements
• Specialise within your chosen engineering discipline and gain project experience
