Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex grid-scale energy storage projects in the UK. Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead project execution from initiation to close.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders and monitor milestones and critical paths.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports highlighting schedule progress, budget performance, risks, and decisions.
• Promote governance compliance and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Identify, assess and elevate project risks throughout the execution lifecycle.
