Job summary

AFL is seeking a Solution Marketing Specialist (Energy) to translate vertical marketing strategy into scoped deliverables and manage cross-functional workflows. You will drive go-to-market programs, campaigns, and content with internal teams and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in solution or product marketing.
• Demonstrated ability translating strategy into scoped deliverables and briefs.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate vertical marketing strategy into scoped deliverables, briefs, and project plans.
• Develop MSS briefs for campaigns, launches, web updates, content, video, design, events.
• Prepare launch plans, briefing documents, and internal communications for releases.
• Support research, persona development, content ideation and roadmaps with teams.
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing deliverables with quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows across PLM, SE, Market Development, MarketingShared Services.
• Maintain editorial calendars, asset libraries, and content lifecycles with version control.
