With 10+ years in technical services or energy projects, you will mentor engineers, shape policies, and travel as needed to sites and customers, ensuring high safety and quality standards throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in technical services or energy projects.
• Experience in multi-functional/multi-matrix organisations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Willingness to travel to other Lucy sites or customers.
• Knowledge of electrical power engineering and project management.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial, operational, sales revenue, and profit targets while controlling costs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance energy services.
• Set and track the departmental budget.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to UK and export customers.
• Manage client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Oversee full operations and supply chain within Energy Services.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and high quality of services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Hire, train, and manage technical staff; drive innovation.
• Lead Health, Safety and risk management across projects.
