Job summary

Money Expert in Chester is seeking an Energy Sales Consultant to join our team. The role offers a £25k base (DOE) plus uncapped commission, with a target-driven environment and warm leads from customers researching options online.

You will handle calls within 08:00–20:00 hours, 37.5 hours per week, with early finish on Fridays, and there are strong progression and training opportunities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales is desirable but training provided.
• Strong fact-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage a busy workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to existing and previous customers to renew their energy contracts.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and suggest alternatives if needed.
• Consistently meet and exceed set targets and objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address objections.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
