Job summary

Smartestenergy UK is seeking an Energy Operations Executive to join our team. You will help exceed operational expectations and deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction, supporting the customer journey from onboarding to billing and debt management.

In this role you will develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and analytical tasks. Hybrid working is supported to balance office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications
