Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Lead Generator role with a Preston-based business energy consultancy. You will make outbound calls to secure new leads, build your own pipeline, and pursue targets with an uncapped commission structure.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-2pm, with a view to hybrid working after probation. The role offers a competitive basic salary and clear career progression into sales closing and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business energy sector.
• Confident on the phone with strong communication.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
