Job summary

Ecotricity is seeking an Industry Operations Expert to join our team in the UK. You'll help ensure data integrity across Registrations, Settlement, Industry Data Management, Data Exceptions, and SEG operations, acting as a trusted expert for colleagues.

You'll resolve industry data issues, share knowledge, drive process improvements, and contribute to change projects to support Ecotricity's mission of green energy.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers from registration through to first bill by helping ensure industry data is accurate and complete.
• Investigating and resolving industry data exceptions and operational queries within agreed timescales.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for electricity and gas industry data issues.
• Working closely with colleagues, industry partners, and third parties to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
• Helping maintain high standards of data integrity, compliance, and operational performance.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Supporting process improvements, change initiatives, and the creation of clear documentation and training materials.
• Contributing to projects and wider team activities that support Ecotricity's goals and mission.
