Job summary

Ecotricity is seeking an Industry Operations Expert to join our team and help ensure accurate industry data, registrations, settlements, and SEG operations across electricity and gas.

You will be the go-to knowledge source, resolve data exceptions, support change initiatives, and train colleagues while staying up to date with industry changes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers from registration through to first bill by helping ensure industry data is accurate and complete.
• Investigate and resolve industry data exceptions and operational queries within agreed timescales.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for electricity and gas industry data issues.
• Work closely with colleagues, industry partners, and third parties to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
• Help maintain high standards of data integrity, compliance, and operational performance.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and share knowledge across the team.
• Support process improvements, change initiatives, and the creation of clear documentation and training materials.
• Contribute to projects and wider team activities that support Ecotricity's goals and mission.
