Job summary

Northern Powergrid is recruiting for a Connections Administration role based in Brigg, contributing to domestic and small commercial applications throughout the quotation journey. You will collaborate with Connection Technicians and the Works Coordinator to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Starting salary £26,676 with progression to £29,395, and 25 days of holiday. We value customer service, detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Relevant Level 3 Qualification.
• Strong customer service focus throughout the application journey.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen connections applications for minimum information and progress them to the next stage.
• Release schemes to Connection Technicians/Works Coordinator with accurate information.
• Perform network checks and coordinate follow-on steps across departments.
• Handle multiple systems to progress customer requests across workstreams.
• Support the wider connections teams and colleagues.
• Manage own workload and adjust priorities as volumes change.
• Support field technicians to ensure a 10/10 customer experience.
