Job summary

Nub News in Warwick is seeking a Business Change Analyst to drive change within a major programme. You will engage stakeholders, capture requirements, and produce BRDs, user stories and process maps to support the ETCC initiative.

You'll analyse data with SQL, build Power BI dashboards for leadership, align business and technology needs, and support training during testing. The role offers hybrid working with two days on site in Warwick and some travel to the Hams Hall site as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and change within large programmes.
• Experience creating BRDs, user stories and process maps.
• Strong knowledge of DMAIC and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Champion change and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Elicit, document and analyse business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to interpret needs.
• Capture processes and requirements and handover.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
• Collaborate with Change Lead and Product Specialist on training.
