Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates to join our Energy Advisory teams in 2027. You will help clients respond to a changing energy landscape, support smarter investment decisions, and plan low‑carbon infrastructure.

As part of multidisciplinary teams, you will work on energy strategy, asset performance, and grid connections, gaining experience across technical and strategic projects. The two‑year Graduate Development Programme provides structured learning and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Available to start in April or September 2027.
• Interested in energy systems, electricity networks, asset performance, strategy, resilience or low‑carbon technologies.
• Curious, analytical and motivated to solve technical, strategic and commercial energy challenges.
• Comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
• Aim to create value for clients through technical insight, commercial awareness and data‑led thinking.
• Keen to learn, take ownership and build a career across Energy Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Support smarter investment decisions for energy projects and improve asset performance.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Power Systems Advisory and Energy Strategy Consulting.
• Turn complex energy challenges into practical, data‑driven advice that improves resilience and enables a lower‑carbon future.
