Job summary

WSP is looking for graduates to join our Energy Advisory teams in 2027. You will support clients in understanding evolving energy systems, making smarter investment decisions and planning low-carbon infrastructure.

You will work with national and international clients in multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to technical, strategic and data-led projects across energy strategy, asset management and grid studies.

Qualifications

• Curious, analytical and motivated to solve technical, strategic and commercial energy challenges.
• Comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
• Keen to learn, take ownership and build a career across Energy Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Help clients respond to a changing energy landscape by supporting smarter investment decisions and improving asset performance.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Power Systems Advisory and Energy Strategy Consulting.
